To get Quake 4 alive and kicking on your system, you need a couple of files. And if you have troubles running it, then the latest patch might do the trick.

Quake 4 full retail version
Obviously you need a copy of Quake 4 to run it, if you don't have the game yet, what are you waiting for, head over to your local game supplier and get it!
