How do I turn on Mouse Acceleration in Quake 4?

Since Quake 4 patch 1.1 you can change the mouse acceleration in Quake 4, if you have a lower version, you can download the download latest patch here.
Type in the console command m_accel followed by a number to alter your Quake 4 mouse acceleration, default is 0.
Example:
m_accel 2
