Using cheats
Quake 4 cheats are not official yet, but most of the Doom 3 cheats & console commands will probably work, confirmed commands will be marked.
Just type in the cheat codes in the console, like any other console command, as described here.
Quake 4 cheat codes
god - God Mode
notarget - Enemies can not see you
noclip - Toggles clipping on and off
freeze - Stop time, everything freezes
give all - Gives all weapons and all ammo give ammo - Full ammo noclip - You can walk through walls notarget - Invisibility, enemies will not shoot you killmonsters - Kill all monsters
map [map name] - Load a map, press tab after typing "map" to display a list of maps
