A timely release
Quake 4 will make its set mid-October release date, Activision just let us know that the PC version of the game has gone gold and is off to manufacturing, Mac and Xbox owner will have to wait a little longer.

Amazing news, Quake 4 will be released on October 18th 2005, thats in less than two weeks! The Special Edition which includes Quake 2 and the two mission packs will also be released on the 18th.
While waiting for Quake 4 to be released, why not watch thease two Q4 movies showing off some multiplayer and vehicular action.
